Satisfied New Owner
By ZooDog | on Saturday, May 05, 2018
We have a 2018 Ford Expedition Limited 4WD that we have owned for about six weeks now. (It was a dealer demo w/5000 miles when we bought it.) We have made one long trip with it (about 800 miles with five adults and a dog - no complaints). We are very happy with it so far. I traded in my 10-year old GMC SUV and wanted a large 3-row SUV that can tow. My wife approves of the passenger seat (very important). As the driver, I really liked the adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and rain sensing wipers. The passengers took full advantage of the wifi hotspot. It has plenty of power and the 10-speed transmission is smooth as butter. I do not mind the engine stop/start feature (and it can be turned off). This is a truck based SUV so it does handle like a truck. That is what I wanted but it may not suit everyone. Our gas mileage on the trip was just a bit better than the EPA estimates.… - 5.0
Silver Sage Expedition Limited

This is second Expedition in ten years. Both have been excellent and I would highly recommend. Previous vehicles were GMC Yukon and GMC Jimmy. Ford styling, features, ride, power, and detail exceed competition in this owner's perspective. Styling especially for 2019......the Expedition is just a handsome, noticeable vehicle while GM entries seem to look like the trucks they are based upon. Ford's independent rear suspension offers a better ride but more importantly a flatter interior floor and more room for third seat passengers.… - 5.0
Best expedition
By Jerry | on Saturday, December 14, 2019
I drive 40,000 miles a year for my job as a consultant in the crop industry.. and by a new vehicle ever 2 years ...this is my 3 expedition... I wanted to wait 4 months and 15,000 miles before I posted my thoughts ... this is my 3rd Ford Expedition... I have had this vehicle loaded with 2000 lbs of seed and it drives like a champ... I drive it snow and rain and sun ... and it drives excellent... I switched over from the Chevrolet Denial SUV after taking both for a 1 hour test drive ... I suggest you do the same ( best to go to Avis car rental and take them both out for a day back to back it’s a big purchase better get it right )... found the ford drove better and was more comfortable and handled great. Also could haul more weight in the back end ... love all the new features on this vehicle with the auto dimmer head lights and the great auto cruse control ..he only thing I would suggest is to change the factory tires... ( not good the Hancock tires ) I have run all my expeditions on Michelin defenders ... what a difference running the first 10’000 miles on the factory tires and then switching over to the Michelin tires ... this is my office on wheels and I live in this vehicle all day 5 days a week.. it’s has to run and perform and be safe in all road conditions... and if it meets my standards it should meet yours .... but do like I did and take out as many SUVs that might interest you any see what I have found ... just love My Platinum Ford Expedition with the Michelin defender tires on it 5 stars…
